The idea

One box, a little tour of Italy.

Every box pulls together a few different regions, so opening it feels like eating your way across the country: a jar from Sicily, a bottle from Liguria, something from a hill town you've never heard of. This box is for you, your best clients, your mom, your foodie best friend, and your Italy-obsessed neighbor. Only the things I honestly think are worth giving make it in. Nothing else.

A Personal Note

I've spent my life chasing wonder. Now I'm putting it in a box!

I'm Italian-American, and I've spent years wandering Italy with an empty stomach and lots of opinions.

Trovato (meaning 'found' in Italian) is about finding new things that make me stop and grin and sending that feeling of discovery to you.

Each gift box contains items I personally tasted and fell for—from small producers across different regions of Italy.

Behind the scenes

Starting with just 100 boxes.

This first holiday box is a proof of concept — a small run, assembled by hand. It's still coming together: producers to visit, jars to taste, one or two arguments with myself about what deserves the last slot.

When will my box ship?

Boxes will ship in early December so they arrive before the holidays.

What if I buy this as a gift?

At checkout you can add a gift note. The box itself is gift-ready, so it will be shipped directly to the recipient.

Are the products shelf-stable?

Yes. Every thing is selected to travel well and keep at room temperature, so it ships safely across the US.
